Buyers are advised to hand wash all items purchased from ADIOREMPIRE.COM using mild detergent and cool water. Wash similar items together – same color and fabric.
All items should not be dried under direct sunlight.
Buyers are advised to iron all items at low to medium heat. Items that are of chiffon, silk or satin material to be steam ironed or ironed with a piece of cloth between iron and item of clothing.
Make sure buyers do not step on the bottom part of the skirt (especially using high heels) as it may tear the fabric. If the length of the skirt does not fit you (too long), you can send for alterations to fit your height.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY GUIDELINES?
We offer domestic delivery services within Malaysia via PosLaju Malaysia. For Brunei and Singapore, we will ship the item via SF Express. Please be advised that the shipping activities will be held on every weekday from Monday to Friday except for Malaysian Public Holiday. You will receive your order within 1 – 3 working days after your parcel being shipped depending on your locations.
Tracking number(s) will be emailed to you after we shipped your order.
Please be informed that orders that are made on Saturday and Sunday will only be shipped on Monday.
WHAT IS THE COST FOR DELIVERY WITHIN MALAYSIA?
Please be informed that the minimum cost of delivery within Malaysia is RM9.00 (Semenanjung), RM12.00 (Sabah & Sarawak). However, the delivery cost will be varied depending on the delivery location and the total weight of your ordered items.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please be informed that we are practicing a no-refund policy. However, if for a reason buyers are not completely satisfied with the item they purchased, they may return their item to us.
Please be advised that all return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit ONLY. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order along with the receipt on the date of purchase.
